A new term is underway

Today was the first day of the spring term. Staffing, Training & Development was the course du jour, and from the looks of it, it should be an interesting one. Luckily, I was able to (finally) finish reading Gladwell's book Blink by yesterday evening. (I always feel guilty reading books unrelated to the course I'm taking at the moment, so I wanted to finish it off).

If you haven't yet read Blink, you really should go out and get it. In the meantime, I'm going to try to focus on the Staffing textbook (and maybe cheat and try to get in some pages of The World Is Flat every now and then!)
